Registration Process

General Qualifications

  • Delegate must be a citizen of any ASEAN Member-state countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam)
  • Delegate must be 15-30 years old
  • Delegate must have a valid passport and is fit to travel
  • Delegate must be able to pay for his/her own travel expenses in going to and from the Philippines; Delegate must be able to pay the registration fee

Registration Process

  1. Delegate must accomplish the registration form by clicking here*. The form consists of basic information details and an essay. Please take your time in answering the essay since it will be the basis of your selection. Take note that we will only select 50 participants. 
  2. Deadline of registration is on June 30. We will release results of accepted delegates on July 2.
  3. If you have received your acceptance letter, please pay the fees before July 13. Payment method can be seen here.
  4. Wait for another email confirming your payment, it will take us 24-48 hours to confirm your payment and send you an email. We will also provide a facebook group link in the email.
  5. Once everything has been complied, Congratulations and see you in the Philippines!

  • For International Participants - 100 USD
  • For Local (Philippines) Participants - 3,000PHP
